Our family had a wonderful stay at Timberline Lodges. The Platinum suite in Juniper Lodge was spacious and beautifully appointed. We loved the private hot tub on the deck and the premium linens in the bedrooms. The staff provided excellent service and even helped us with a dead battery. Although there were noisy neighbors, the front desk quickly resolved the issue. The shuttle to the ski hill was convenient, and the location was pleasant. we had an outstanding experience and would definitely return.

The location of the lodge was very convenient, with a morning shuttle available to access the ski slopes until late morning. There was also a store within walking distance, making it easy to pick up any forgotten items. the rooms were clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. Some of the condos even had their own hot tubs or access to an outdoor heated pool. One of the condos had two bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise.
The outdoor hot tub jets were broken during one guest's stay, and the outdoor pool was very cold.

Great Stay in Fernie!
The spacious condo unit was well-appointed and clean, with a fully functional kitchen.
The lack of soundproofing in the condo unit was a downside, as we could hear noise from the hallway. The check-in and check-out times were not very accommodating, and there was no daily housekeeping service.

Our stay at Timberline was terrific! The room had a great view of the mountain, was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The size of the suite was perfect for our group of 4 adults and a baby. The beds and linens were also very comfortable. The access to ski lockers through the elevator was convenient, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Timberline Silver.
The food for breakfast could have been better.
